How does lodging work?

The different levels of dog lodging we can provide include:

  • Standard – Dogs will be taken out for four to six elimination walks a day, have fresh bedding, water, and premium diet food*.
  • Deluxe Care (individual or group options) – Provides extra activity and attention. Dogs will be taken out for four to six elimination walks a day, have fresh bedding, water, premium diet food*, one daily playtime (individual or group playtime offered), and administration of medications if needed. Geriatric pets will have extra-soft bedding.
  • Pampered Care (individual or group options) – Provides pets with the ultimate lodging experience with plenty of activity and one-on-one attention. Dogs will be taken out for four to six elimination walks a day, have fresh bedding, water, premium diet food*, and two playtimes a day (individual or group playtimes offered).
  • Puppy Lodging (six months and under) – Provides puppies with plenty of activity and social interaction. Puppies will be taken out for four to six elimination walks a day, have fresh bedding, water, premium diet food*, and playtime with other puppies. Safe chew toys and treats are provided throughout the day.

*We strongly recommend that clients bring their own food for their pets while they are lodging with us. Maintaining their normal diet will reduce stress and helps digestion. Drastic food changes can cause pets to have a lack of appetite, an upset stomach, or even diarrhea. We want to minimize this and make all guests stay as stress-free and pleasant as possible. If owners do not want to bring their own food for their pet’s stay, they can purchase our premium diet food for $2 per meal per dog.

When should I drop off my pet for lodging?

For lodging services, you can drop off your pet during these hours: 6 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 6 am to 6 pm on weekends. We offer early drop-off and late pick-up from after-hours until 10 pm for an additional fee.

When you arrive, please call the front desk to check in.
